Dear reader, I have started this blog as a diary for myself to help my personal training motivation and hopefully for others.

I have always had a strong interest in fitness and training. Please enjoy the pages and articles.

I am 5 ’8 at 167 lbs, approximately 14 %
Body fat and working to be 10% by the end of August 2011. I started this year at 12 11 and 21%. The pic is me some time ago with some spot lighting ;-)
